📦 Cash on Delivery (COD)

All orders at SwiftKart are processed on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Customers are requested to check the product at the time of delivery.

🔄 Return Policy

We offer returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

💸 Refund Policy

  • Since we operate on Cash on Delivery, refunds are not issued in cash

  • In case of an approved return, we will offer:

    • Replacement of the product, or

    • Store credit (if replacement is not available)

Refund or replacement will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

 

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Minor color differences due to screen display

  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling

  • Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), return shipping will be covered by us

  • Otherwise, return shipping may be charged to the customer
